•       Which product is right for my baby? — All product pages include detailed suitability, ingredient, and usage information. You are also welcome to email us for a personalised recommendation.

•       How do I return a product? — Please read our Returns Policy and then email us to request return authorisation before sending any items back.

•       My baby had a skin reaction — Discontinue use immediately, consult your healthcare professional, and contact us within 7 days with your order number and details of the reaction.
